The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid development program for recent university graduates. Participants gain hands-on experience in various hotel functions, receive leadership-focused training, and have opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and peers worldwide. The program lasts 18 months and prepares participants for supervisory or entry-level management roles at Marriott International.
