Job Description:

This is your opportunity to join the County's Leading SEN School! As an Individual Needs Assistant, you will support learners with SEN and complex needs in a fun, inclusive specialist school environment with excellent facilities and professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
Supporting the educational and general well being of SEN learners
Promoting, encouraging and creating a fun and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
Calm, nurturing and resilient individual
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Nice to have:

Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs
