Job Description:

This Ofsted Outstanding adult education centre are searching for individuals who exudes positivity, resilience, and can bring valuable experience in the SEN/Care field. Job Responsibility:

Designing and implementing tailored learning programs
Offering unwavering support
Nurturing a sense of independence and inclusion

Requirements:

Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Comfortable working with challenging behaviour
Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff
A positive and resilient attitude
Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable
Care certificate is desirable
Own means of transport ideally
