Job Description:

This role involves supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a part-residential specialist school offering top facilities and innovative resources. The school, which has earned numerous Ofsted Outstanding ratings, seeks passionate individuals to work as Individual Needs Assistants in a collaborative, dynamic, and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
Supporting the educational and general well being of SEN learners
Promoting, encouraging and creating a fun and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
Calm, nurturing and resilient individual
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Nice to have:

Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs
