Requirements:
Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Comfortable working with challenging behaviour
Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff
A positive and resilient attitude
Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable
Care certificate is desirable
Own means of transport ideally
