Has experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting
Is patient, caring reliable and resilient
Has UK experience
Has DBS on update service or willing to apply
Is confident and able to work with own initiative
Level 3 TA qualification (preferrable, but not essential)
Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Is adaptable and able to respond to individual learning needs
Works effectively as part of a team
