Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled INA to provide individual support to a Year 5 student with additional needs in a local primary school.

Job Responsibility:

Provide individualised support to a Year 5 student with additional needs
Assist with learning activities, promoting independence and confidence
Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times
Work closely with the class teacher and support staff to implement individualised learning plans
Maintain clear and concise communication with parents and school staff
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children with additional needs in a school setting
A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A valid DBS check (or be willing to undertake one)
