Job Description:

This part-residential specialist school provides education for students with SEN and complex needs, offering a dynamic, supportive work environment with exceptional facilities, including outdoor learning spaces, cutting-edge technology, and art, music, and design studios. Applicants will support learners 1:1 and in groups, promoting an engaging, fun learning environment. The school prioritises professional growth and job satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
Supporting the educational and general well being of SEN learners
Promoting, encouraging and creating a fun and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
Calm, nurturing and resilient individual
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Nice to have:

Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs
