Job Description:

This school supports children with SEN needs and aims to foster inclusion and unity. The individual needs assistant role involves working 1:1 with SEN students, supporting their education and well-being, and building their confidence across primary and secondary phases.

Job Responsibility:

Working 1:1 with a SEN learners with additional needs across the primary and secondary phase
Supporting with a learning plan for the learner
Assisting the child to reach learning objectives
Supporting the child's interests and general well being and building their confidence

Requirements:

Teaching Assistant Qualification (Desirable but not essential)
Relevant teaching assistant, care, childcare or education experience (desirable)
Willingness to support children with SEN and complex needs
Kind, caring and resilient individual
GCSE maths and English or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the UK
