The leading fleet managing and operational car leasing company worldwide is looking for an Indirect Spend Procurement Specialist to join its dynamic procurement team. In this role, you’ll lead sourcing and procurement activities across key indirect categories, such as Sales & Marketing, Facility Management and IT. You will be responsible for optimizing supplier performance, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring that procurement strategies align with the company’s overall business objectives, reporting to Country Procurement Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for assigned indirect categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support organizational initiatives and/or drive continuous improvement in procurement practices
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including commercial, operations, finance, and supply chain teams, to align procurement strategies with business needs and customer requirements
Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and conduct spend analysis using data-driven assessments to get deep insight in cost structures, identify opportunities for cost savings, value generation, and process efficiencies
Manage and optimize suppliers' database, build relationships that generate long-term value for both company's and the supplier in alignment with the country and group procurement strategies
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure terms and conditions according to the strategic priorities of the organization
Manage supplier contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions
Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations, taking proactive measures to address issues and drive improvements
Support the introduction of new processes, tools and systems within the procurement team and advise internal customers on procurement methods, processes and application of guidelines
Ensure & follow-up actions regarding compliance and audit
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, terms, and conditions, and enforce contractual obligations to safeguard the organization's interests
Collaborate with legal, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to mitigate contract risks and ensure contractual compliance
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing of Indirect Spend Categories
Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and procurement best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and take data-driven decisions
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating a customer centric mindset
High level of integrity and ability to explicitly demonstrate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral)
