Job Description

The Indirect Material Group Leader is responsible for facilitating effective support of the leadership team. The focus of the position will be to assist in defining, leading and tracking of projects and helping to keep deliverables on-track and meet the project objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Daily processing of MRP ordering through SAP
  • Follow-up on POs, PRs, shopping carts, material flow
  • Ensure correct stocking levels of Mian Crib
  • Ensure correct stocking levels of POU areas
  • Liaison between plant stakeholders and Indirect processes
  • Champion of all Indirect processes and procedures
  • Facilitate and monitor all controlled self-assessments (CSAs)
  • Drive GMS culture through CI-16 standards
  • Action all emergency requests expeditiously
  • Partner with plant stakeholders for cost saving initiative

Requirements

  • 2+ years Indirect Material experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Leadership ability or experience
  • Flexible schedule
  • High degree of analytical ability, including use of SAP, Outlook, Excel, Power BI
