Job Description:

Provide essential administrative support by handling time-consuming tasks, helping the team focus on complex projects. Great role to gain insight into academic publishing operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Reviewer Recognition Service platform, including reviewing recognition requests from reviewers, editors, and board members
  • Extract and analyze data from internal and external databases in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks within the internal ticketing system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Support various departmental and cross-functional projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in a relevant field
  • Strong command of English (C1 level or higher)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
