Job Description:

Part-time, independently licensed role. Hybrid work environment with flexibility to see clients in person and via telehealth. Opportunity to provide a range of services (individual, family, group therapy, assessments as applicable). Maintain a minimum of 15 client sessions per week. 60/40 revenue split in favor of the clinician.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and provide psychotherapy services within scope of licensure
  • Create, implement, and update treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and company policy
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plan reviews
  • For part-time status, maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client visits per week
  • Provide high-quality, client-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Utilize creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients meet and exceed therapeutic goals
  • Coordinate care with families, medical providers, schools, case managers, and other Ellie clinicians as needed
  • Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team collaboration opportunities
  • Other meaningful responsibilities that support the mission and culture of Ellie Mental Health

Requirements:

  • Independently licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD
  • licensed in the state of Maryland)
  • Experience completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
  • Timely completion of documentation and compliance with clinical standards
  • Comfort working with a diverse and inclusive client population
