We currently have 2 positions open for a therapist to work with children (7+), teens, and families. Individual therapy with young adults and adults will also make up a portion of your caseload. One position is located in our beautiful Southpark office and the other in our thriving Blakeney location. Job Responsibility
Conduct intakes/initial assessments and provide ongoing therapy to kids (7+), teens, and families as well as adults
Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, including treatment plans
Work with billing dept to maintain clean accounts for clients
Coordinate services with case managers, other providers, and school staff as needed
Provide exceptional customer service for clients
Attend and participate in all staff meetings and mandatory trainings
Assist with selection and onboarding of new therapists
Show up in our community
Engage in networking/social, outreach, and community-based events to reduce mental health stigma and promote Ellie in the Charlotte community
Be excellent to each other
Play a critical role in maintaining a peaceful & happy work environment
Requirements
Candidates must be independently licensed as a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT in the state of NC
Clinicians with supervisory credentials are strongly encouraged to apply
Out of state candidates must be within 30 days of receiving reciprocity in NC
Demonstrable experience in working with children (7+), teens, and families
Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficiency with using EHR's
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate adaptability and solution-oriented thinking
Ability to work independently
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of insurance billing
Knowledge of community resources and willingness to learn about and engage with Ellie's preferred providers
Proficient in the use of Office 365
Current or previous credentialing with insurance panels
Therapists with LGBTQIA+ and/or First Responder/Veteran experience
