Job Responsibility

Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Use the Fostering competency-based assessment format to evaluate applicants’ suitability
Panel Presentations: Present completed assessments to Family Care Fostering’s Panel
Documentation and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with statutory requirements
Flexible Scheduling and Communication: Coordinate visits with applicants, referees, and agency contacts, and keep management informed of any adjustments
Timely Reporting: Complete assessments within agreed timelines and promptly report any delays to the Registered Manager
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and confidentiality policies to ensure a secure and respectful work environment
