Job Description:

Join our team as an IP Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a busy GP surgery setting.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
manage minor ailments and conduct hypertension screening
prescribe independently in line with your clinical competence
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records using EMIS and SystmOne

Requirements:

a current and valid GPhC registration with Independent Prescriber status
previous experience in GP practices, using EMIS and SystmOne
confidence in managing minor ailments and long-term conditions like hypertension
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and collaboratively
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
