Independent Prescribing Pharmacist

Join our GP surgery client’s team as a Prescribing Pharmacist working on-site at a busy GP surgery. In this role, you will conduct structured medication reviews for patients with complex needs, manage long-term conditions and optimise therapy in line with current guidelines, provide clinical support and prescribing within your scope of competence, contribute to improving medicines optimisation and reducing polypharmacy risks, work closely with GPs, nurses, and other primary care professionals, and utilise EMIS for record-keeping and clinical documentation.
