Job Description:

Join our GP surgery client’s team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist in North London. This on-site role involves improving the lives of patients in a primary care setting by performing assessments, creating care plans, delivering treatments, collaborating with teams, and maintaining accurate records. The initial contract is for 3 months, with the potential for extension.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

a current and valid GPhC registration
Independent Prescribing qualification (relatively new IPs welcome)
experience using the EMIS clinical system
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
