Current GPhC registration
Independent Prescribing qualification (essential)
Previous GP Practice or PCN experience
Experience using EMIS
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously within a primary care environment

Job Responsibility

Manage prescription requests and medication queries
Complete medication reviews and optimise prescribing
Process clinical tasks and documents
Support GP workload through safe and effective prescribing
Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team
Utilise EMIS to manage patient records and prescribing activity
