Job Description

Join a specialist gender-affirming care service and play a key role in supporting patients through their treatment journey. In this role, you will: conduct comprehensive patient assessments via video consultations; support patients with hormone-related treatment plans (HRT exposure desirable); manage new patient intakes (approx. 45 minutes per appointment); review follow-up patients and adjust treatments where appropriate; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (weekly MDT meeting); maintain accurate patient records (AI-supported documentation system).
