St Martins has a part-time vacancy for an Independent Living Support Worker to work in the community in Norwich. This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2026, 30.4hrs per week - Monday to Friday, days to be discussed at interview but a Friday is required as one of those days. The post holder will work in the community, usually in the home of the person receiving the support to promote independence and choice, so driving is essential.
Job Responsibility:

Promote a positive, non-institutionalised stimulating environment to maximise opportunities for independence, improved wellbeing and achievement for the people we support
Requirements:
Experience of working with people who self-neglect and hoard or insight into these challenges
Passion and drive to support anyone in this situation
Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders
Ability to develop positive relationships with the people we support
Ability to drive, as we are supporting people in the community
