Job Responsibility

Strategic leadership, oversight, and management of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) across a business unit for a key client
Coaching and development of his/her team
Interface with the Finance Director to ensure government compliance with EVMS policies and procedures
Accountability for the performance of all EVMS compliance, training, communications and assessments
Providing interface outside of the business unit across the business unit EVMS communities and outside customers
Assist program teams with multiple, repetitive training courses for designated groups of program personnel
Work with planners and schedulers on improving schedule fidelity
Assisting Scheduling, Finance, CAMs, and PMs in generation of an IMS resource loaded with EV
EV Monthly reporting and incorporation into IPMRs / CPRs
CAM EV IMS Statusing and VAR Analysis / Training

Attend to all care needs of the residents in Memory Care neighborhood
Set-up tables in preparation for all meals
Serve meals and drinks to Memory Care residents in the dining room
Serve the residents 3 snacks and beverages each day
Assist with clean-up following all meals
Take an active part daily in its implementation of Sharing the Way Moment by Moment program
Give the resident choices throughout the day and allow them to be as independent as possible with their personal ADL’s
Pick up laundry from resident apartments, rinse out soiled laundry and dispose of dirty laundry appropriately
