Job Description:

We are currently looking for a new Independent Living Partner to join our team based in Bordon, covering our Farthings Field, Headley and Hampshire schemes. This position also covers other dispersed schemes within the nearby areas. You will be responsible for providing the housing management functions in a designated scheme/properties for older people. You will be the first point of contact for tenancy, leasehold and scheme management for customers living in our Independent Living schemes. You will support customers to receive their agreed welfare contact and, when appropriate, refer customers to services within and external to Abri where these might meet an identified need. You will also manage the social alarm system, complete all compliance and health and safety checks across relevant buildings and work collaboratively to create and maintain strong resident involvement and community engagement. The position is a lone working role.

  • Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential
  • A DBS check will be required
