We’re looking for a dedicated Independent Living Partner to join our team in Bracknell, supporting customers across the Bracknell and Windsor area. You’ll play a key part in delivering housing management services within our Independent Living schemes for older people. This includes being the first point of contact for tenancy and leasehold queries, ensuring compliance and health & safety checks, and fostering strong community engagement. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll provide cover across multiple schemes and occasionally across our wider Independent Living geography.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver housing management functions for designated schemes/properties
Support customers with welfare contact and make referrals to internal and external services where needed
Manage the social alarm system and complete compliance checks
Build resident involvement and encourage community activities
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach
A strong understanding of the needs of older people and a commitment to promoting independence
Knowledge of housing-related issues and experience in tenancy management
Confidence in using IT systems
Ability to work independently (this is a lone working role)
A full driving license and access to a car is required
