Job Description:

We’re now looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent basis. If you’re compassionate, proactive, and motivated by supporting people to live well, we’d love to hear from you. As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll help create safe, supportive and welcoming environments for our tenants. You’ll build positive relationships with a variety of residents, respond to enquiries, provide day-to-day support, and help people access the services they need to live independently. This is a full-time, permanent position (36.25 hours per week), with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our Independent Living schemes in Penwortham, with additional travel around South Ribble to provide cover when needed.
