Job Description:

We’re now looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent basis. If you’re compassionate, proactive, and motivated by supporting people to live well, we’d love to hear from you. As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll help create safe, supportive and welcoming environments for our tenants. You’ll build positive relationships with a variety of residents, respond to enquiries, provide day-to-day support, and help people access the services they need to live independently.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting older people (aged 55+)
  • Experience working with customers with physical disabilities and/or mental health needs
