We’re now looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent basis. If you’re compassionate, proactive, and motivated by supporting people to live well, we’d love to hear from you. As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll help create safe, supportive and welcoming environments for our tenants. You’ll build positive relationships with a variety of residents, respond to enquiries, provide day-to-day support, and help people access the services they need to live independently.

Provide support at other nearby schemes
Requirements:
Strong people skills
The ability to communicate well with a wide range of tenants
A genuine desire to support people
A willingness and the ability to travel with full access to your own vehicle
Experience supporting older people (aged 55+)
Experience working with customers with physical disabilities and/or mental health needs
Nice to have:
