Requirements

  • Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally chartered, or working towards Chartered status)
  • Committed to continuous professional development, always keeping your CPD logs and training up to date
  • Proven experience in financial planning—independent, restricted, or corporate—demonstrating your ability to deliver outstanding advice
  • Capacity for new client development and great willingness to self develop in this space as key part of your role in supporting AL’s impressive growth
  • Flexibility and a growth mindset to continuously support AL during high growth nationwide
  • Exceptional integrity and interpersonal communication skills both internally and externally
  • A track record of achieving challenging new client development goals in a regulated environment, with the drive to win and nurture recurring revenue too
  • Confident with back-office systems and meticulous in your attention to detail
  • Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through Ascot Lloyd’s annual assessment—integrity is at the heart of everything you do.
