Independent Domestic Violence Advocate, Opportunity to Make a Difference. Are you a compassionate professional, dedicated to supporting survivors? Key, part of the DASSL (Domestic Abuse Support Services Lancashire) network of domestic abuse providers in Lancashire, is a leading charity delivering critical support and is seeking an exceptional Independent Domestic Violence Advocate to help transform lives and provide hope to those experiencing domestic abuse.
Job Responsibility
Providing trauma-informed specialist case management and advocacy to victims at medium and high risk of domestic abuse
Ensuring survivors of domestic abuse receive consistent, trauma-informed high-quality support
Ensuring families in crisis experience joined-up services that help them rebuild stability
Requirements
Confident in delivering high-quality case management and advocacy for individuals at medium and high risk of domestic abuse
Knowledgeable in risk assessment, safety planning, and multi-agency coordination
Passionate about empowering survivors and ensuring their voices are heard
Able to represent clients effectively at MARRAC and support their recovery within Key’s integrated domestic abuse services
Comfortable using digital tools to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively
Focused on delivering outcome-driven support with professionalism and attention to detail
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required
