Job Description:

You will use your knowledge of various disease states and treatment landscapes in oncology or other therapeutic areas as an independent contractor to provide context and perspective that advances our clients strategic planning by leveraging your pharmaceutical, clinical, scientific communications and/or strategic healthcare consulting experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with internal client teams to ensure client objectives are met by shaping client deliverables
  • Synthesize information about a given disease state focusing on existing and emerging competitive treatment landscapes
  • Propose innovative solutions to address client needs
  • translate insights into implications
  • and provide strategic input into brand strategy
  • Employ strong communication skills to foster successful professional interactions with external thought leaders, clients and our internal client teams

Requirements:

  • PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, MSN or ARNP required
  • A minimum of ten years of work experience in the healthcare space
  • Excellent working knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industries
  • Considerable familiarity with oncology disease states and treatment landscapes with particular expertise in the following: breast cancer, gynecological malignancies, gastrointestinal cancers, or head and neck cancers
  • Expertise in therapeutic areas outside of oncology will also be considered with emphasis on immunology, respiratory, and metabolic disease states
  • Clinical practice, scientific communications agency and / or strategic healthcare consulting experience
