Job Responsibility:

  • Verifying and posting received documents
  • Reconciling accounts and balances of the general ledger with analytical records
  • Settling investment processes and maintaining a fixed asset register
  • Confirming and reconciling balances with contractors
  • Closing financial periods in accordance with internal group requirements
  • Preparing or actively participating in the preparation of financial statements for project companies
  • Handling tax settlements (VAT, CIT, PCC, WHT), including the preparation of tax declarations
  • Preparing documentation related to settlements within the Capital Group
  • Updating registration documents
  • Preparing reports for GUS (Statistics Office) and NBP (National Bank of Poland)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in full accounting
  • Higher education (preferably in accounting and finance)
  • Practical knowledge of Polish tax regulations and accounting principles
  • Good command of English, allowing for smooth communication
  • Commitment and independence, good organization of own work
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
