Job Description:

Incoming Inspection of Casting, Forging Machined Parts; Problem Analysis, communication & Verification of counter measures for parts non-conformance; Good knowledge of casting processes, part inspection, GD&T.

Job Responsibility:

  • To analyze the assembly fitment, OKOL, ADPU, EHF defects
  • Ensure proper communication with suppliers, containment & verification of corrective actions
  • Monitor and track the quality indicators on daily/monthly basis: Top issues root causing and actions effectiveness check
  • Analysis of DAR/PDI defects and driving closure of same
  • Continuous monitoring of supplier performance, identification of TWS supplier, resolution of TWS supplier critical issues
  • Work with CFT / drive for the implementation of robust / technical solutions for field complaint and critical In-process assy defects related to material
  • Participate in Rejection review meeting & material issues identification & disposition of non-confirming parts
  • To make the Quality MIS on daily/ Weekly/Monthly basis

Requirements:

  • B.E/ B.Tech(Regular) / Diploma + BE(Distance) in Mechanical only
  • 15- 20 Yrs minimum in Tractor/Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipments
