Job Description:

The role includes ensuring accurate inventory tracking, processing deliveries, maintaining shipping and receiving logs, and adhering to shipping guidelines. You will address guests' service needs and exemplify The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming freight
Stage merchandise by department and mark appropriately for placement
Deliver merchandise to appropriate department
Verify and track received inventory
Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
Secure the receiving room and its contents
Follow hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations
Verify quantity and condition of packages
Address guests' service needs in a professional and timely manner
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
