Job Description:

As Income and Tenancy Sustainment Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving forward our mission to enhance services for our council tenants. Our service is making significant strides in improving tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency, and we are looking for a motivated leader to continue this momentum. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative strategies and initiatives that ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of respect and fairness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive forward mission to enhance services for council tenants
  • Lead operational teams responsible for income collection, tenancy sustainment, and housing for older people
  • Implement innovative strategies and initiatives that ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the Head of Housing Management to support the strategic direction of the housing service
  • Ensure tenants receive the highest level of care and service

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading operational teams and driving service improvements
