As Team Manager for Partnerships and Employers, you will play a key role engaging organisations and employers to drive referrals and employer engagement to secure sustainable employment for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead specialist teams responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organisations to drive referrals into the programme
  • Develop support offers that help participants progress on their Connect to Work journey into sustained paid employment
  • Oversee Employer Engagement team, who work closely with businesses to source suitable job opportunities, promote inclusive employment practices, and provide ongoing support, including in‑work retention

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing at a senior level, including performance management
  • Experience working within a diverse team or with people who have disabilities, health conditions or other barriers to employment
  • Passion to influence change
  • Confident and skilled in building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including employers and community‑based organisations
  • Ability to interpret guidance to develop systems and processes
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
