If you’re passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can thrive, this role offers the chance to lead that vision. As the Inclusive Employment Lead, you’ll guide our hosted employment sites and Supported Independent Employment team, ensuring our services are delivered with excellence, empathy and a strong customer focus. You’ll provide day-to-day leadership that empowers people—coaching, supporting and equipping teams to deliver safe, meaningful and inclusive employment experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping a culture where employees of all abilities feel valued and supported. Beyond people leadership, you’ll take ownership of operational and commercial outcomes across your portfolio. This includes overseeing workflow and service delivery, meeting financial and productivity targets, and ensuring compliance with standards and contractual requirements. You’ll also look ahead—identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and improved efficiency to strengthen long-term sustainability while keeping customer outcomes and inclusive employment principles at the centre.

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including rosters, stock control and customer service, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with NDIS requirements, work orders and relevant regulations
  • Ensure employees have meaningful opportunities to develop their skills through structured training, supported work tasks, and participation in individual support planning
  • Work collaboratively with Employment Coaches/Team Leaders to identify & develop and deliver training and capability-building activities for all employees
  • Promote a culture of accountability and ownership, and actively participate in audits, performance reviews and team discussions to identify risks, opportunities and innovations in operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in inclusive leadership and coaching, supporting employees with diverse needs to develop skills and confidence
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach
  • Resilience and emotional intelligence to manage challenges, support wellbeing, and maintain team motivation
  • Experience managing/working with complex systems and processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
