Job Description:

As part of our team at Reddam Early Learning School (ELS), the Inclusion Support Educator plays a key role in ensuring that all children receive tailored support to thrive in a nurturing and inclusive early learning environment. This position follows the Reggio Emilia approach, placing a strong emphasis on inclusive, child-led learning and fostering a love for learning. The Inclusion Support Educator works closely with other educators to create a supportive, respectful, and engaging learning environment where every child is empowered to succeed.

Job Responsibility:

Provide tailored, individual support to children with additional needs
Work closely with the Room Leader and other educators to implement an inclusive, inquiry-based programme inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Ensure all care and safety standards are met

Requirements:

Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
A qualification in Early Education will be desirable
Excellent communication, patience and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and a commitment to continuous professional development
The ability to work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive environment
Patient and nurturing
Creative and flexible
Collaborative and team-oriented
