Job Responsibility:

  • Helps support strategy creation and owns portfolio of projects, relationships and initiatives/events
  • Partners to co-identify, design/develop and support implementation of assigned projects
  • Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion, guiding performance as needed
  • Helps support and execute administrative operations in support of BRG leadership and teams
  • Participates in topical training and consults on creation, as needed
  • Maintains external view on industry, changes to the field and best practice innovation
  • Weighs and brings to leadership for awareness to minimize I&B related reputational risk to the bank, leadership and our employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of advanced project management experience in consultative project management activities
  • Proven results and proficiency independently delivering I&B content in a corporate setting with firm-wide programs that enhance the company’s ability to attract, retain and motivate an increasingly diverse workforce
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills with business maturity and poise
  • Analytical skills & ability to analyze data and draw hypothesis and put together a story
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels, including senior level executives

Nice to have:

  • HR consultative role experience preferred
