Job Description:

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable member of staff to our Inclusion team. Our team works hard to develop a strong provision of support for our pupils both with SEND and those requiring pastoral support. We have a positive reputation in the area for supporting vulnerable pupils and therefore we require a dedicated school based person to support our growing needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • working alongside the current FLO and SEN assistant under the direction of the Inclusion Lead to provide effective support to pupils, staff, parents and in liaison with outside agencies
  • develop a strong provision of support for pupils both with SEND and those requiring pastoral support
  • support vulnerable pupils

Requirements:

  • experienced teaching assistant or HLTA
