At Oasis Academy Shirley Park Secondary, we have a new position open for an Inclusion Administrator to join our friendly team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administrative duties, communications and support relating to Inclusion – SEND, Safeguarding, Attendance and Behaviour
  • Assist the leaders of SEN, Safeguarding, Attendance and Behaviour to ensure high quality provision
  • Ensure a friendly and courteous port of call is available for any enquiries
  • Contribute as a key part of a wider team to ensure daily administrative operations run smoothly

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in developing an inclusive provision for students with SEND and additional needs
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
  • A high level of verbal and written communication standards
  • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
