We are seeking a BTS Incident Management Engineer to resolve technical issues related to Vodafone Germany’s fixed products, including Internet, MPLS, VOIP, and cloud solutions for enterprise customers. This role operates in a dynamic, customer-critical environment and requires strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Job Responsibility:
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve faults for Vodafone Germany enterprise customers
Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA and meet agreed KPIs
Collaborate with internal competence teams, carriers, and third parties to resolve tickets
Work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations for IP complex solutions
Basic IP and voice knowledge
experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Fluent in German (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level
Strong analytical skills
Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Vodafone fixed, mobile, and convergence products
