Job Description

We are working on a new and exciting opportunity with a US firm, advising clients on a broad range of incentive and remuneration matters, spanning both transactional and advisory work. You will join a growing team with an excellent market reputation, working closely with colleagues across employment, tax, corporate and regulatory teams and collaborating regularly with the US and European offices.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising on the impact of mergers, takeovers, disposals, IPOs, capital raisings, financings and restructurings on employee incentive arrangements
  • Work on the design and operation of remuneration and equity-based incentive programmes, including global schemes, as well as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and senior executive matters such as appointments and departures.

Requirements

  • Have 2–5 years’ PQE in incentives and remuneration matters
  • Have trained at a leading London practice or similar common law jurisdiction
  • Have experience advising on corporate transactions and employee incentive arrangements
  • Have strong exposure to remuneration and equity-based incentive programmes
  • Are familiar with corporate governance and senior executive matters.
