Lead the day-to-day ownership of the Incentive Compensation (IC) platform while managing a small team and enabling the broader IC organization through tools, training, and process improvements. Drive execution of key initiatives that enhance platform capability, operational efficiency, and consistency across IC programs.
Own end-to-end management of the Incentive Compensation platform, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Oversee system performance, issue resolution, and enhancements.
Manage and develop a team, driving accountability and capability growth.
Develop and deliver training, tools, and documentation to support IC processes.
Drive adoption of standardized processes across the IC organization.
Lead or support IC-related initiatives and system enhancements.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). High school diploma/GED required.
Expertise in Incentive Compensation / Sales Performance Management preferred.
Background in Business Analytics, Data Management, Finance, Systems, Operations, or Process Optimization.
5+ years of relevant experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field.
Experience supporting IC processes, including data flows, calculations, and reporting.
Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., SPM tools, CRM, data platforms).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into system or process solutions.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and IT.
Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
1+ years of people or team leadership experience (direct or informal).
Experience managing or mentoring team members.
Experience leading or supporting system implementations, enhancements, or transformations.
Experience driving adoption of tools, processes, or new ways of working.
Experience working across multiple business units or geographies.
Exposure to Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Compensation Design, Financial Modeling, or Digital Transformation.
