Assist in shaping the future of healthcare with this business analyst position working for a dedicated medical devices company! Proclinical is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Analyst for this pivotal role in improving sales force performance. In this role, you will create, analyse, and administer programs that align with business objectives as well as provide actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring the effectiveness of compensation plans and driving sales engagement. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and confirm compensation plans, including special programs and contests, aligned with business goals
  • Conduct modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of plan changes
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compensation plans and their influence on sales behavior
  • Utilize Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools to automate processes and ensure accuracy
  • Establish data-driven sales quotas using performance trends and forecasting models
  • Clearly communicate quotas to sales teams with supporting data and rationale
  • Accurately calculate and administer incentive payouts based on defined performance metrics
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, and audit teams to maintain scalable and compliant processes
  • Conduct audits and validations of compensation data to ensure integrity
  • Analyze compensation outcomes and recommend strategies to improve performance and ROI
  • Develop dashboards and self-service reporting tools for stakeholders
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment during quota-setting and compensation planning
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support special projects related to commercial growth and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Expertise in incentive compensation tools and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect market data to compensation strategies
  • Previous working history in sales operations, incentive compensation, or commercial analytics
  • Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or commercial operations is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills to present complex data clearly
  • Collaborative team player with problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field
