Job Description

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Inbound Waste Sales Specialist to convert warm waste opportunities into profitable new business for Safetykleen. This is a telephone-based sales role focused on inbound waste enquiries, marketing-generated leads, customer referrals and allocated sales opportunities. You'll speak with prospective customers, understand their waste management needs, recommend the right Safetykleen solutions, prepare quotations and secure new contracts.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing warm waste enquiries, marketing-generated leads, customer referrals and allocated sales opportunities
  • Contacting prospective customers to understand their waste management needs and business requirements, promoting the full range of Safetykleen waste solutions and services
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers and key customer stakeholders
  • Preparing and issuing accurate quotations in line with company guidelines
  • Following up proactively, handling objections and negotiating confidently to maximise conversion and secure new business within agreed commercial guidelines
  • Keeping CRM records, pipeline activity and customer information accurate and up to date
  • Working closely with internal teams to support a smooth customer onboarding experience
  • Supporting marketing campaigns by following up leads and sharing useful customer feedback or market insight

Requirements
