Foundever® is seeking Inbound Telesales Advisors to join our vibrant team in Manchester, working on behalf of one of our largest telecommunications clients! If you’re on the search for your next sales opportunity, we want to hear from YOU!

Job Responsibility:

  • Take incoming calls from potential customers and upsell TV, phone, broadband and mobile services
  • Listen carefully to each potential customer’s needs and use knowledge of products and services to find the right solutions
  • Sell client's products to new and existing customers over the telephone
  • Deliver great customer service and be an advocate for the client's brand and its products

Requirements:

  • Able to commute to the office at Adamson House, Towers Business Park, Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, M20 2YY
  • Confidence to contact customers directly, including cold calling and handling incoming calls
  • Highly motivated, resilient and thrives on outperforming targets
  • Comfortable working in a target driven environment
  • Desire to deliver great customer service and passion to smash targets and objectives
  • Responsible, reliable, punctual and fun
  • Ability to use a PC and have good keyboard skills
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Ability to demonstrate Foundever's purpose and values

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of working within a call centre environment
  • Experience in data entry

  • Work against agreed KPI’s to ensure all personal and business targets are met
  • Maximise the conversion of sales prospects from web enquiries and other sources by regular customer contact
  • Close sales opportunities through negotiation and persuasion
  • Report regularly to Sales Manager on all activities relating to the role
  • To work as a part of a team to develop the concept of One Team = One Organisation, taking ownership of challenges and foster an environment of continuous improvement
  • Manage the implementation of new accounts. Ensure the business is compliant and that all customer problems are resolved to prevent repetition
