Job Responsibility:
Take incoming calls from potential customers and upsell TV, phone, broadband and mobile services
Listen carefully to each potential customer’s needs and use knowledge of products and services to find the right solutions
Sell client's products to new and existing customers over the telephone
Deliver great customer service and be an advocate for the client's brand and its products
Requirements:
Able to commute to the office at Adamson House, Towers Business Park, Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, M20 2YY
Confidence to contact customers directly, including cold calling and handling incoming calls
Highly motivated, resilient and thrives on outperforming targets
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
Desire to deliver great customer service and passion to smash targets and objectives
Responsible, reliable, punctual and fun
Ability to use a PC and have good keyboard skills
Great communication and listening skills
Ability to demonstrate Foundever's purpose and values
Nice to have:
Knowledge of working within a call centre environment
Experience in data entry
