We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France. Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals). You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers. At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft). We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods, and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

Contribute to building a new practice within the Sales Community, getting involved in tooling and process improvements
Help building the playbook of best practices to close deals in one shot
Contribute to making our products even better by sharing feedback and improving the self-serve experience
Become an insurance expert and learn to master our products in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects
Requirements:
Have 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience
Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English
Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
Show a great balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with your prospects
Have natural empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
Have a positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz
