As an Inbound Sales Representative at Nextshore, you will be an integral part of our B2B consultative sales methodology. Our Inbound Sales team is responsible for developing new business opportunities through inbound prospecting and inbound leads follow-up, while working closely with Marketing team and Executives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute effective inbound sales strategies to capitalize on leads generated through various channels, such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, digital advertising and referrals
Identify opportunities to optimize the sales process, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a seamless lead-to-sales handover process
Manage all data fields inputs to our CRM system
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve sales targets
Foster strong relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in inbound sales, SDR/BDR, or sales management role in US market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach
At ease using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate insightful reports (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack)
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
A passion for sales coupled with a charismatic customer-first mindset
