Job Description

Inbound Sales Representative for SME & Growth business at Airwallex, a global payments and financial platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute company strategies effectively, ensure all key performance indicators are met, and achieve sales targets
  • Proactively reach out to, expand, and convert inbound leads or registered customers through various sales methods
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with customers who are not immediately convertible
  • Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream departments
  • Maintain sensitivity to and track industry-related information, provide timely feedback and suggestions
  • Embrace and drive change, adapt to team optimizations and improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing experience
  • Strong self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and a sense of accountability for outcomes
  • Excellent planning and customer communication skills
  • Outstanding learning and communication abilities, quick thinking, adaptability, and resilience under pressure
  • Sharp market insight and accurate analytical skills

Nice to have

  • Background in banking/cross-border payments/cross-border e-commerce preferred
  • Experience with SaaS products in large internet companies preferred
