Job Description:

We’re excited to welcome new Inbound Sales Representative into our New Business team. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, love great conversations and feel at home in a lively sales and customer service environment, you’ll fit in brilliantly here. In this role, you’ll be speaking with potential new members who are already interested in joining the RAC (no cold calling). Your job is to understand what they need, talk them through their options and help them choose the right breakdown cover.

Job Responsibility:

  • Giving every potential member a genuinely positive customer experience
  • Handling inbound enquiries and guiding customers through their options
  • Spotting opportunities to match customers with the right RAC products
  • Working confidently in a busy sales environment
  • Keeping accurate records and using RAC systems to log customer details
