By answering inbound calls, you'll understand their value, show them how Groupon can accelerate their business, and negotiate unbeatable offers. Job Responsibility

  • Develop merchant partnerships by answering inbound calls/inquiries to engage, consult, and close local deals
  • Become a business expert! Understand the merchant’s products, services, economics, and competitive edge
  • Master deal structure, negotiate contracts (margins, discounts), and maximize profit
  • Consistently smash your sales targets
  • Collaborate with Account Management for smooth merchant transitions
  • Drive market growth for both quality of merchants and revenue

Requirements

  • 1+ years of success in a sales environment
  • English Native or bilingual level (minimum C2)
  • Adaptability, a growth mindset, and you face tough conversations head-on
  • You are an excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and genuinely curious about people and local businesses
  • The right to work and live in Spain
