Job Responsibility:
Develop merchant partnerships by answering inbound calls/inquiries to engage, consult, and close local deals
Become a business expert! Understand the merchant’s products, services, economics, and competitive edge
Master deal structure, negotiate contracts (margins, discounts), and maximize profit
Consistently smash your sales targets
Collaborate with Account Management for smooth merchant transitions
Drive market growth for both quality of merchants and revenue
Requirements:
1+ years of success in a sales environment
English Native or bilingual level (minimum C2)
Adaptability, a growth mindset, and you face tough conversations head-on
You are an excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and genuinely curious about people and local businesses
